We want you to love your purchase from MysticZiba. If you’re not satisfied:

Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, without stains or damage, and in original packaging.

• Made-to-order items may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

Return Process

• Email customer@MysticZiba.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Customer pays return shipping; ₹99 will be deducted from refund for handling.

Refunds

• Processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Exchanges are available for eligible items.
